The autofocus on my Hy6 does not work well. Where can I send my camera for service? I have tried contacting Franke & Heidecke, but have not received a response. I have previously lost a camera that I sent to them, so I was worried just sending the Hy6 there without any e-mail connection. Also, I am not sure whether there is anyone still working there.

Or do I send it to Onick here in the States? There is also a Service facility in Britain which is not bad? Sinar?

Dear "L...",

according to Sinar's recent and latest press relaese and public information, Sinar does the Hy6/AFi servicing.

I would therefore contact the Sinar dealer in your country.

Sinar Hy6, Rollei HY6 and Leaf AFi are all support and service in the UK (& Eire) by Sinar distrubutors (me )

Also, servicing at Franke & Heidecke is still possible as I experienced myself. Contact Mr Reiner Schönrock directly.
