Michael, you might have started something: the last time I saw something as depressing was in Glasgow in the early 50s. Maybe there could be one of those productive twinning games initiated - all it takes is an excitable local politician with an eye for the junket and BLAM!!! away they go. Think of the cultural exchange options that it would open, develop and lead to: each city vying, nay, fighting for the ultimate glory of being the dominant twin! Local city charges could go up exponentially in the name of foreign policy, more high street shops could close because they can't afford to pay any more, exhibitions planned, teachers swapped, the New Order established.

However, one thing is clear: you have more guts than I or are much, much bigger! Or you don't really love that Leica.

I really like this image; what a great composition! The overall tonality is outstanding and the shadow detail impressive. Very nice!
