HP b9180 paper stall problem

Hi,
I've been printing for about 2 years with my b9180 and recently its gotten stuck with a paper stall error where it thinks there is paper stuck and keeps asking me to open the rear door and remove the paper.  I've done this many times  but found no paper anywhere.  I've cleaned the rollers in the rear and all around around as suggested by the HP site with no luck.   I can't figure out what's up.  Expecting its gone for a dump and I'll need to buy a new one but hoping someone here has found a solution?

That's how my first B9180 died. HP sent a new one as it was still under warranty. I'm on my 3rd printer now.
