I was informed today that Rick Adshead has joined the Leaf Imaging division of Phase One. This is awesome news and is a huge step forward for USA technical support for Leaf products purchased through the Leaf Imaging division. Frankly, technical support has been a major concern of mine in terms of how long it would take to get up and running, but.....problem solved immediately. For those who aren't familiar with Rick, I would be hard pressed to come up with anyone as knowledgeable about a single manufacturer product line as Rick is and has been, with regard to Leaf products. Knowledge is one thing, but also the ability to calmly resolve situations effectively combined with that produces a unique talent, and that is Rick. Sorry if I'm too enthusiastic, but this is very important from our perspective.
