Hard to write someting about this... on the one hand a nice view and calm mood and thats good. It has clearly effort spent into it, and the background is very appealing.

My main critique after some looking, the foreground does not feel so attractive despite it's visual (compositional) weight and this makes the image loose impact.

Then there are some smaller issues, like the forest line hitting the upper right corner (not sure about this one) and the overall contrast wich is a bit low. The images feels flat.

Hope this helps!

The scene has definite potential. I like the foreground on the right, where you have the reflection but can also see the submerged rocks. It gets a little messy on the left though. I think it might be a nice shot in other circumstances, but the lighting is just not very good for color - too flat and lifeless. Warming up the white balance doesn't really help. I think the image might have a chance of succeeding as B/W; you could get away with adding a lot more contrast in monochrome, and the gray skies wouldn't be a problem since there's still detail in the clouds.
