Burning Man 2009
« on: September 15, 2009, 01:13:43 am »

Well, the annual Burning Man festival in the Black Rock desert has come and gone again.  The cleanup is underway, I imagine, and in a month or so there will be zero evidence that this area was occupied by 50,000 people for a week and tons of construction material will have been trucked to Habitat for Humanity and the like.  There's a good writeup on Burning Man here for anyone who's interested, and a gallery of images, here.

Mike.

P.S.  What was that about Sony cameras and weather sealing?

One of the better coverages, I like the night shots you don't see very many of those.  I like the sense of space in the very first shot.

You don't wanna change lenses real often out there.  Underwater housing, maybe.
