I have a z3100 with updated firmware and drivers. My color center opens just fine but when I click on calibrate paper, nothing happens. It just hangs and it never goes to the next screen. Has anyone had this problem. It used to work just fine. I have xp pro sp3.
I have problems of a similar nature: I can start the calibration process but sometimes the printer prints out the pattern and then cuts and ejects the paper, saying "Calibration Cancelled." What I do is turn off the Z3100, pull the plug, then reconnect and reboot the printer.
I have also had problems synching the paper list, as well as losing my custom paper sizes.
It's a shame that a company that makes such a great printer can't get the software into the same league!
