Some people say that the Emperor's clothes are actually quite lovely.

Others appear to be on the Emperor's staff.  ???

I noticed all the guys in the forum you mentioned are studio photographers shooting at ISO 80, no mention of ISO 400 or 800 testing.

Seeral photographers have purchased Pro 14n bodies. You'll find some comments (from at least one owner) as to the camera and its performance on the Galbraith forum at:

Yes, I shoot at ISO 80 all the time!  NOT.

ISO 400, Canon EOS 10D. 100-400L with EF1.4II.

There is NO noise in the dark areas of the print (Canon S9000, 13x19 size)

I'm sorry, but why flog a such an inferior product?  It's like all those folks on who say their Sigma 15-30 zooms shoot as well as the 16-35L...once it's at f11.... Yes the 14n is cheaper, and unfortunately...it shows!

my 2 cents....

Yes, studio photographers.

I did not suggest they provided test reports, just comments about their experiences.
