HP Advanced Profiling Solution Software

Has anyone tried to activate this software (Version 1.4) on Windows 7?   I have tried on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions and keep receiving Use Proxy Server messages.  I am not using a proxy server.

You could try installing the XP virtual machine that Microsoft put out for Windows 7. The HP stuff might work that way. It's certainly a kludge, but it's not like you need to run new profiles all the time.
