Phase One Service Center in the U.S., there's a thought...
« on: August 08, 2009, 01:29:47 pm »

We need a Phase One Service Center in the U.S.  There are many cases on this forum of hardware failures and fixes but all have to ship out to Denmark. Maybe a Service Center just to fix the column errors and a general outside cleaning. It's my understanding of the process, a computer does most of the work with Column Error fixes. Column Error fixes involve ramapping the chip, right? So training a technician might not be too bad. My guess... Just a thought...

Shipping every time to Denmark, well...

At least there are some things Leaf users in the US can be happy about

(that Leaf USA has a service center in NY, not the misfortunes or inconveniences of P1 users)
