transferring, syncing attributes from jpg-files to the same rawfiles.

I'm shooting in raw and jpg at the same time. For selecting and adding attributes I work with the  smaller jpgfiles, because it is much faster than working wit rawfiles. But is there an easy and quick way to tranfer (sync) the attributes from all the jpg-files at once to the rawfiles.
