FS: PhaseOne 645, P30+ w lenses 45/80/120 like new

For personal reasons I decided to sell my PhaseOne set :

The set was bought new from an official PhaseOne dealer in Germany in February 2009 and includes :

P1 645 body
P1 P30+
P1 2,8/80
P1 2,8/45
P1 4/120 Macro
Mamiya screen type c with microprisms

four batteries, charger, firewire cable, case etc.
warranty :
body and back until feb 2010
lenses until feb 2012

asking price : EUR 10.500,- plus VAT (if camera stays in Germany)

The camera, back and lenses are in perfect like new condition.
The set has <1.000 shots.
Only local pickup close to Duesseldorf/Germany.
Buyer will get an official invoice plus a copy of the original invoice (for warranty) from me.

I do have an agreement with the P1 dealer to upgrade to the next new body from P1 for a fixed price but I dont know whether that can be transferred to the new owner.

As I said the set is like new, barely left the house. no scratch no mark no nothing...

here is some pictures, please let me know if you need more shots like details etc.

I must admit that the back has already 1152 actuations.
The body should have less than 1.000 because it was replaced in March beeing faulty.

I am located in Germany close to Dusseldorf and Cologne. 2 hours by car from Frankfurt.
