WTT/B: Need Leaf RZ67 Digital Back Adapter Plate

I have a Mamiya Digital Back Adapter HX701-RZ67 (MINT, includes box & manual) and I would like to trade for the Leaf Adapter Plate.  Due to a firmware issue with the Leaf Aptus 22 digital back, I need the Leaf adapter plate instead of the Mamiya.
