Flickr export >1/3 stop too dark?

I am exporting to Flickr through Lightroom. Before export in LR I must always adjust the exposure slightly more than +1/3 stop to let the Flickr image match my LR image.

This is on the same PowerMac G4 so monitor profiling should not be the issue.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Make sure you are exporting your files with sRGB as the color profile.
