New Laptop Screen Problem

I just received this laptop yesterday for travel use and I noticed that there is light bleed at the bottom of the screen.  This is visible when the screen is lit-up/black - visually I cannot detect it so far when the unit is lit up with desktop and other items on it.  I am considering returning it to the vendor (or trying to).  Photo attached shows what I am talking about.

Am I being too picky?

Am I being too picky?

No - over the years I've returned a laptop, one monitor, one TV and even a Blackberry Storm that evidenced the same.  Each time I got a perfect replacement without the issue.
