I don't have one for sale, but you could consider the Manfrotto (Distributed by Bogen) Pro Rapid Connect Adapter Assembly with Sliding Mounting Plate# 357PL (#3273), costs about $45 (i use it in my pano setup, and to add a scale, i simply cut up and bend a metal ruler and screwed it to the side)

It says 3 inches long.. do you think that is long enough for a Mamiya AFD and a 55-110 or 80mm to get at the nodal point.
Seems just a little short.
Do you know if they make one a little bigger?
Thanks

Have you seen this and do you think it may work.. has the numbers on the side already..:+}

the max usable extension is about 10cm or 4in (between camera body mount point and sliding base mount point). it will easily hold the mamiya, but i don't know where the nodal points for your lenses are and if this gives you enough reach.

alternatively, you could look into the Manfrotto 454 Micrometric Positioning Sliding Plate, which seems pretty long. http://www.adorama.com/BG3419.html

other alternatives, if you have a spare arca-swiss QR base, is the http://www.adorama.com/GTMH649.html or this http://www.adorama.com/NVQPL4.html or this http://www.adorama.com/ACR2132.html

Hi,

Check on RRS website, alla Arca-type plates work with screw-type quick release base. For some plates RRS doe not recommen the lever type QR-base. I have some Acratech plates and mostly RRS-plates all work with both types of QR-base for me.

Thank you Eric.. I have the twist relase plate, not the lever one.
I thought the plates looked like they would work.
I appreciate it,

Probably will go with the Novo but B&H will have to order it for me as they do not carry the in stock.
