Look Up in Dictionary Not on PC?

In LL Seth WAMP video #6, he shows highlighting words then "Ctrl&Click" to go to wikipedia while working on his Mac. Doesn't seem to work on PC.

It's a feature in Mac OS X that any program can make use of (although not all do), not a feature of LR.
