I bought a cover for my 3800 and am pleased with it. They modified their standard size to accommodate the rear feed carrier which I leave permanently attached.

Went down to Wal-Mart and got a 5 ft. barbeque cover. Works fine :-)

I found the 32 gallon plastic trash bags also do a nice job as long as you like the color green.   Plus they are really cheap and can be easily replaced.

A simple bed sheet would work nicely.  Or even a bath towel.

 Heheheheh.....I guess it depends on a few things......such as the location of your printer, pro/hobby, etc.

Since my printer is located in the "office" of our home which is shared with my better half, if I put a trash bag over my printer, my wife would have both me and my trash bag covered printer out on the curb!

I just use a cover made for a gas grill (barbeque).
