Schneider lenses AFD 150
« on: May 25, 2009, 08:36:02 am »

Not too long ago, that is before the recent changes at F&H SINAR was pointing to the soon to become available Schneider AFD 150 F4 lens.  Does anyone have any more information on this lens?  Also in the attached images the designation of the 180 and the 150 were "AF", now this lens is referred to as "AFD" (note the D designation) have there been changes in the way the lens talks to the Hy6 body?

My reason for asking is that I have a a Zeiss 90 F4 Macro that does not open its aperture in sync with the flash when using the Pocket Wizard to trip the flash, but does fire a METZ shoe mount flash in the hot shoe successfully.  Onick in NJ has been unable to resolve this inconsistency.
