does anyone have the Designjet support direct number for the US? Was told last time I called that I could reach them directly in the future with this number...i wrote it down but alas...

or Tech Support: 1-800-474-6836

Or the Contract support number which is:

1-800-633-3600

thanks tom. i called today using the 6836 number and they gave me their new commercial product phone number for future use... 1-800-334-5144 ... this is the one they suggest using to get them more directly.

ok, nevermind.... im still on the phone with them and she says with a service contract to call the 3600 number.... you were more right, tom...
