Nice clouds, but to me there's too much negative space at the bottom.  Some is good to ground the image, but I'd crop off some of the bottom.  Either that or find a way to bring up some more definition from the fence, etc. in the foreground.

The shift from deep blue to a fiery orange in the sky is beautiful, and I think the lighthouse is well-positioned in the image.  However, I agree with Mike.  The foreground is too dark for my taste.  There is some detail in the shadows, but it need to be brought out by brightening the foreground.  The fenceline will really add to the composition if it can only be brought out a little more.

Just a tad bit of fill light in Lightroom. I like the image either way.

It's a subtle shift, but a dramatic improvement!
