I just got a "new" (factory-refurbished) Samsung XL20. Looks very nice ... but ...
It came in "portrait" orientation out of the box and when I try to rotate it to landscape, there is something inside the base that prevents it from rotating all the way down to landscape ... it stops with about 18 degrees left to go.
Anyone own this monitor see anything like this? Seems like I might need a new base ...
