There's a story in the French photographic press (reported on photo.net) that Canon will announce at Photokina a new deep budget DSLR, the 3000D, and a replacement for the 10D called the 3D.

If it's true that there's just two Canon DSLR announcements at Photokina then where's the new 1Ds?[/font]

I was hoping for a 10D priced 8meg with 1.3 factor. Sounds like that probably won't happen[/font]
