Print Length
« on: April 09, 2009, 04:14:25 pm »

I have the Epson 4800 and have always printed on cut sheets. Recently I've had a request to print a pano that's about 49 inches long. What are the limitations on length? Printing will be from either PSCS4 or LR2.

There are no limitations on length. I regularly print panos that long on my 4800.

Just buy a roll of paper and print away.

BYW, there is no need to print sheets if you can find a roll of the paper you like. Rolls are much cheaper per print. The cutter on the 4800 is excellent.

The maximum length using Epson's drivers is 90.5 inches ... no problem with your length.

Thanks for the info! I'll start my first pano momentarily.
