I don't get it.
They were just taking a photo of a woman laying on the floor.
I cannot see anybody dehunmanized, unless you refer to the various "layers" of plastic surgery she went though during the years.
But as for the photo-shoot in question, it was pretty much a standard gig.

Another day on the job. Interesting how, no matter what the budget and preparation, you still have to hold the occasional leg and twist yourself like a pretzel to get the perfect shot.
