DSLRs, like the D70, do not generate a live image. You have to take the photograph prior to seeing the image. Digicams though have a "live" chip and you can preview the image before exposure. You may want to look at one of the high-end digicams with a large LCD screen, as this may meet your needs.

[font color=\'#000000\']I am wanting to shoot architecture on a DSLR but have been using a plate camera for the last 20 years. I find composing the image in the DSLR viewfinder very difficult as its so small. I can connect the camera to a laptop but thats quite bulky and heavy. So here's the question. Does anyone know if a PDA / palm held computer can plug into a Nikon D70 and be used primarily to view the image prior to pushing the shutter? Thanks.[/font]
