WTB: MAMIYA 645 AFD TO RZ67 ADAPTER PLATE

I am looking for an adapter plate to fit an AFD-mount Aptus 22 db on a RZ67 (no II pro D). I would preferably like the Leaf adapter kit, which including a rotating plate, the masks and cables, but I am open to any offer. Thanks!
