Do you know if IQ of  PhaseOne P 21 is  as good as the one of P45 ?

Not that megapixels are the only  (or even the majority) driver of IQ but the step of 18 megapixels to 39 megapixels is pretty substantial assuming your technique is good and your lenses are top notch. Whether the resolution difference matters to you is something you'll have to decide based on your typical usage, and your level of attention to print detail.

I've got the P21 tif from your website but it seems that a lot of sharpening was applied, you cannot really compare 2 files in this way
it will be great to get the RAW
