I am looking for a a paper really glossy (brilliant) , the Hanhemulhe Glossy Baryta has a small structure  that I don't like
Do you know if they have a real glossy paper ? or Illford or any ?

I would suggest you look at the Harman Gloss FB AL.  The smoothest and highest gloss of the Baryta based papers. (at least of the several that I've tried).

Are you looking for something with a high amount of OBA's for brightness or a ultra high gloss finish similar to Cibachrome? If that is the case you could look into Pictorico Pro High White gloss film.

The Harman Gloss mentioned above comes in a warmtone version. It's a beautiful paper for black and white, IMHO.

Silver rag is Warmtone and Gloss Simular to hahnemuhle Photo rag Baryta
Harman Gloss warmtone
Innova F Type Gloss Warmtone

They are the three that are the three that Have the warm and glossy look..
