lightrooom keeps restarting machine

During an export of hi res files (appx 900) LR keeps crashing, well, I my machine just reboots itself about 5 images into it.

Any ideas?

I'd be looking for hardware problems... overheating, memory issues, that kind of thing...

Do you have any crash log such as panic.log? I agree with Victoria, probably a hardware problem. Try to monitor your MacBook's temperatures when you export your files. Use Temperature Monitor (http://www.bresink.de/osx/TemperatureMonitor.html)  or iStat Pro/Nano/Menus (http://www.islayer.com/apps/ ).
