Z3100 Starwheel Marks

I just discovered nasty starwheel marks on most of the prints I have done in the past few days. Printed on Ilford Gold Fibre Silk.

My Z3100 is now out of warranty. Does anyone know if this problem still covered or do I pay as the printer is out of warranty?
