FYI: Canon 10D Focus Testing

Interesting article! I guess the message here is - if you want more accurate focussing and faster focussing (or should it be focusing) then you need a faster lens. This advantage of the big apertured lens is sometimes overlooked in discussions of primes versus zooms.

It's happened a number of times to me when shooting indoors with the 28-135 IS zoom/D60, I press the shutter and nothing happens. (Bloody ####! I've lost another award winning shot!) I usually curse the camera. The D60 is notorious for its slow focusing. But the lens is just as much to blame, if not more so.
