Need a good color printer for the office

Don't want another HP.  So.  Went to Staples and Officemax and discovered Kodak has a pretty nice looking printer for a mere 200 bucks.  Called the ESP-7.  Kodak claims 30 pages-per minute, from an ink-jet, and it contains a scanner.  The photo printing function seems pretty darned good, too.

Otherwise, found a  Samsung CLP-15 laser for 50 dollars after rebates.  It has a lower re-inking cost than HP, and at that price, I could even toss the whole thing when it goes empty.  

Anybody with experience with either?  Or another suggestion?  I need something that will produce decent promotional pieces, along with all the usual paper-wasting things you do in an office.  Networked would be nice.
