I like the quality of light here. I would have waited till all the peaks were visible and posted that one. Always assuming that all the peaks became visible  
I spent a very pleasant few days in Glen Coe last November/December, can't wait to go back.

I spent a very pleasant few days in Glen Coe last November/December, can't wait to go back.

Glencoe is one of those spots, easily at the top of my list, been to the Rockie's and French alps, there might be other places but I've yet to get to those..

The shot is about the atmosphere of the moment, so the moving clouds are all part of that

The view is from my back garden, so you can imagine I've snapped it many times

Nothing like being on the spot when those special moments occur

You definitely took the high road on that one.  I'm incredibly jealous.  Excellent work!  Timing is everything.  I bet it was cold.

New mexico, now there's a place a bit warmer than here

I moved to this house two years ago, it was the landscape around here that sold it to me
