Thanks for the interview and field test.

If I had the required funds, the artec is probably the only option that could convince me to purchase a high end MFDB. It appears to be a brilliant design.

If I had the funds I would start to complain about the lack of Mamiya/H-H back mount compatibility though.

Had me scratching my head for a moment; I'd never heard of an Actec camera.  But yes, I think the Artec would be great for landscape work.

I know...  I noticed the mis-spelling after posting, but could not find a way to edit the title after the fact...

And here I thought you were referring to some cheap knockoff of an Artec.
