Comparing 2 papers on-screen
« on: February 08, 2009, 12:58:56 pm »

When I am deciding which paper to use to print an image, I would like to be able to quickly switch between two soft proofs on-screen to do a comparison - or even better, display them side by side. Is there a way to do this in CS4 or LightRoom?

Thanks,

Peter

Try this.

FIrst duplicate your image.  On one copy go to File menu->view->proof colors_->Custom-> choose the profile you wish to use from the list.

Do the same for the second copy but pick a different profile.  you should see each image/proof now with its chosen profile.
