Snow Blowing on Long's Peak - Rocky Mountain National Park

Hey Everyone,

Here is an image from this last week, where I tried to capture the intensity of the wind blowing across Long's Peak. Hope you like it!

Certainly a nice capture. For me the cold clearly comes through but the wind is less obvious.

Also I might crop a little from the top, the sky isn't particularly interesting and I find the bright white cloud at the right top distracting.

I would also crop the top of the photo. The white spot in the top right corner is  - as pegelli says above - very distracting. If you do crop your photo you could clone out that white corner.

I can "see" and feel the wind on the ridge, it must have been really cold up there!

Joe, were you in the glacier Gorge area when you took this? RMNP is one of my very favorite areas of Colorado. Nice shot. eleanor
