Campania in February - Advice?

I'm heading to Naples for a week this month and will have a rental car.  Can anyone share recommendations on special places to go?  Places already in the plan: Pompeii, Caserta, Paestum, Caiazzo, Cumae...

Well, no one had any advice on Campania - in fact, even the guidebooks are scant once you leave the Amalfi coast, Pompeii, and Naples.  However, Campania is rich in natural beauty.  I hope I get to go back again...
