Problem with Genuine Fractals 6 and Lightroom

I am processing a file from Lightroom through Genuine Fractals 6 for the gallery wrap resizing. When I hit apply it goes into Photoshop CS4 does its thing and here is where the problems start. I have the small box checked to stack the altered file back in Lightroom but it does not come back to Lightroom. Photoshop sends it to Documents instead.
Right beside the picture in documents is a Genuine Fractals Conduit log. I have been in touch with On One software and they are working on it but to date nothing. Could this be something with Photoshop or Lightroom and not Genuine Fractals. Hope to get this fixed soon as $700 for Photoshop and $300 for Genuine Fractals all for this Gallery Wrap function. Any Ideas?

Fixed it myself.
My new Mac Pro's mouse has been acting up. Right button is frozen and the track ball started working only in one direction. Got a new one and thought I would just try running a file through Lightroom and Genuine Fractals 6 and guess what,it works. The mouse issue must have been enough to throw a wrench in the works. Guess I will call On One Software on Monday and let them know what the issue was.
