If you are satisfied with the exact result you posted above, then you do not need to stitch and instead are done

If you want more area covered, you need to stitch with the same or longer lens to cover more area.  If you want more detail for a larger final, you need to stitch more frames with a longer lens that cover the same area.  

As to how to do it, there is a bunch of information all over the web and Google will guide you.  Start with "panorama software" and "image stitching"
