Canon 430EX II review: do you like the buttons?

Here is a new review on Speedlite 430EX II.
It's a good flash but the buttons are kind of a disappointment. Does anyone want to share an opinion?

I have the previous version of this flash, but judging from the pictures I'd say the buttons are the same. I agree with the review and I don't like them either. You have to press down really deep with your nails to operate them, especially the larger -/set/+ buttons. Whenever I can, I change settings from the camera menu rather than the flash unit.
