Satin, Gloss or Matte Canvas for 7600

We are getting ready to do some canvas printing on a 7600 and are working through the options.
Naturally would prefer to use one Black ink rather than take the hit for changing.

Use mostly Luster and Brilliant Museum SilverGloss White now and wonder which canvas options would look best with the Photo Black ink.

Also, any suggestions for stretchers and coatings?
