#1 does look really good, as (or like) a sepia, but then there's the gold-color roof segment.  If you could suppress that slightly, it would look so much better.

I agree with Dale on this one.  That gold roof is a little much.  Hold it back some and this will be really nice.

Thank you for your suggestion! I did tone down the saturation and contrast.
