I would like to thank Nikon Canada for a pleasant experience in dealing with their service department in Mississauga.
My enquiries over the phone on two occasions, about sending my one year old D3 in to be checked and cleaned was met by two representitives who were extremely helpful and pleasant.
The only unfortunate part was paying for the insurance (my choice) to send it by UPS, a tidy sum of $150.00. $3.00 per $100.00 in value if they packaged it.
The turn around by Nikon was one business day, and the camera was returned spotless. The charge to me!! zero.
