Shades of Paper on holidays?
« on: December 19, 2008, 07:32:14 am »

I've had an order for paper and ink with SOP since the 12th December and it seems to be sitting in the "Pending" basket rather than shipping to Oz.

I've sent a couple of emails to Jim enquiring but no reply.

Is it holiday season in the U.S.?
Are they exceptionally busy now they are the  4th fastest growing company in South Jersey and 15th fastest growing company in the Philadelphia Top 100.
Is Jim in early retirement?
Does Jim have a second job to cope with the falling US economy?
Are they likely out of stock? (this usually appears on the site checkout does it not?)

Last order arrived here in Oz 5 days after placement... so I'm trying to find out what's happening.

Are you there Jim?
