Bridge CS3 truncates file names
« on: December 17, 2008, 02:51:33 pm »

I had my file names displayed in two lines in Bridge CS3.

After I adjusted the thumbnail size with the shortcut "Command" and "+ sign", Bridge dropped the second line, and now truncates the file name.

I use longer file names,  and it always displayed well on two lines.

I searched preferences, help pages, resources, and nowhere is a command that tells Bridge to effing go back to display the full file name in two lines.

Any idea how I could get Bridge CS3 to display two lines of file name again?

Thanks.

Additional info:

When I reduce the size of the thumbnails, I get the two lines and the full file name back.

But if I ever increase it over stamp size (on a 24" display) I get the shortened file names.

One would think that larger thumbnails have more space beneath them to display longer file names.

Very weird behavior.
