Overseas support for digital back during shoot

hi, I might be going to the middle east for a shoot, client expects the use of a digital back. I would like to know what kind of support would I expect if I'm down
on a shoot ? I'm with leaf, does leaf have an agent in Qatar ? and how much will it cost me if I would need a service call ?

Hello Ruey,

We do not have an agent in Qatar. The nearest is in Dubai. For phone support you can use your dealer or we can provide you with numbers of people from Leaf in Europe. (you can call me anytime just remember I'm 2-3 hrs behind you...).

Your safest choice would be taking a backup with you if you cannot afford any downtime during the shoot.

Obviously I'm positive that it'll go smoothly

Last time I checked Israel is located in the Middle East? Maybe they have Leaf support
