Card reader

One of my CF cards is not being read by my card reader, it looks ok in the camera. I could download the photos from the camera but what went wrong with the card? It gets read by the camera but not the card reader that reads the other cards.

Have you tried formatting the card in your camera?  If not, that is something you should always do every time you put the card back in your camera.  You might try formatting the card from your computer vis-a-vis the USB connection.  If all of that fails, you probably need to replace the card or (less likely) the card reader.
