Henry Wilhelm interview
« on: November 10, 2008, 03:23:50 pm »

Thank you very much for sharing this information with us. Its a pleasure to learn from this level of expertise.

I have a few comments on the interview. A lot of the basic stuff like definitions I can look up on the web very easily. For a speaker like this I am very interested in hearing:
his historical anecdotes. I wouldn't learn this anywhere else.
his thoughts on "what does it mean to the photographer" as you put it.
his thoughts on the state of the art.
What is important to galleries and museums if they buy a piece to present? What could the photographer do to help meet their needs?
his thoughts on where the field is going. What is the active research in layman terms? What will the next big benefits be?

Thanks again to both of you for a very informative interview.
