Photographer's Rights
« on: November 06, 2008, 09:00:24 pm »

Hi all,

I covered a charged political event tonight and was accosted by goons who apparently didn't want their picture taken. The picture was taken in a university hall and I was working as a university affiliated press photographer.

I'm wondering what my rights are. Does anyone know a really good article that spells out a Canadian photographer's rights in public vs. private space are?

Thanks
- Mike
